The apartment occupies a single level on the third floor. Its sitting room has buttoned sofas, brass downlights and deep olive shelving, with TV and cable TV. The modern kitchen and dining area includes a leather banquette and wooden bench that can also serve as a workspace. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster.

The main bedroom has a super king-size bed. The second bedroom has three single beds, including a trundle bed more suited to a child. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower and underfloor heating. Towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector are provided.

There is no air conditioning. Fans are provided in each bedroom between May and September; request fans for stays outside that period. Communal heating is controlled by the building management company. Free internet is available.

Notting Hill offers cafés and Portobello Road Market. Ladbroke Grove tube station is less than ten minutes away, with connections into Central London. A small lift serves the third floor, but stairs lead from street level to the lift. Many windows face a main road, and traffic can often be heard even with the windows closed. The building's communal areas show signs of wear and tear. Construction is taking place opposite the building, with no audible noise.
