The house

The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, on a small Parisian square. Its arty interior includes posters, paintings and an industrial glass roof. The living room has a TV, sofa and armchairs.

The separate bedroom has a 140 × 200 cm double bed with bedlinen provided. The bathroom has a shower and toilet; towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided. The equipped kitchen includes cooking utensils, cutlery, a cooker, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, heating, a laptop-friendly workspace and Wi-Fi are available. A smoke detector is installed, and the apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

Metro lines 4, 9, 8 and 3 are within a five-minute walk, with Strasbourg Saint-Denis and Sentier stations nearby. Montorgueil is a five-minute walk away; Grands Boulevards and Faubourg Saint-Denis are less than ten minutes on foot. The Louvre, Tuileries Gardens and Marais district are a twenty-minute walk away.
