The house

The apartment has an open-plan living area with large windows, colourful artwork and antique shelves containing books and journals. A sitting area includes a sofa that converts into a double bed for additional guests. The separate bedroom has a super king-size bed.

A fully equipped chrome kitchen occupies a corner of the open-plan room. Appliances include a coffee maker, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double wash basins.

Free internet, a TV, sound system, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided. A ceiling fan is available, and a fan is provided in the bedroom between May and September. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided. The home is suitable for children and infants, with a high chair available on request.

The surrounding Le Marais neighbourhood has cobbled streets, cafés, galleries, boutiques and museums. There are stairs up to the elevator. A dog normally lives in the home but will not be present during guest stays; the home may not suit guests with allergies.
