For stays exceeding 30 nights, additional cleaning will be arranged and payment processed. Cancellations before 110 days prior to check-in receive a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. Cancellations after full payment are non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable.
