House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Reservations require final homeowner approval and completion of the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the grand total is due at booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. For stays greater than 30 nights, additional cleaning and payment will be arranged. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Cancellations before 110 days prior to check-in receive a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellations after full payment are non-refundable.
Getting there
The suite is on the second floor. A maximum of two cars is permitted at the property.
