Arts District West Suite 301 is a 1,653-square-foot, second-floor suite with an open-concept layout and wall-to-wall windows overlooking the mountains and ski slopes. The living area has a fireplace and television, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. A dining table provides space for meals.

The main and guest bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has two full-over-full bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, bathroom essentials and a hair dryer are provided.

The spacious deck has lounge seating, a built-in grill and a private hot tub. Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and free parking for a maximum of two cars. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided. The downtown setting offers access to dining, attractions and outdoor adventures.

Reservations require final homeowner approval and completion of the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the grand total is due at booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. For stays greater than 30 nights, additional cleaning and payment will be arranged. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Cancellations before 110 days prior to check-in receive a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellations after full payment are non-refundable.
