House rules

Maximum occupancy is four people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No pets are permitted under any circumstances. Reservations require final homeowner approval and electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the total is due upon booking; the remainder is due 110 days before arrival. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Additional cleaning and payment are arranged for stays greater than 30 nights. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. The Guest Assistant Team provides destination guides and check-in information.
