House rules

Maximum occupancy is six people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Reservations require final homeowner approval and completion of the required electronic Terms and Conditions signature. An initial payment of 50% is due upon booking; the remaining balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day threshold receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. After full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. For reservations exceeding eight days, the reservation team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays longer than 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the reservation team, with payment processed separately. Getting there

The condo is on the second floor. A maximum of two cars is permitted at the property.
