Arts District West Suite 202 is a 1,893-square-foot condo with an open-concept layout, wall-to-wall windows and views of the mountains and ski slopes. It is one of five residences in a newly constructed building in central Jackson, close to dining, shopping and outdoor recreation.

The main bedroom and second bedroom each have a king bed; the third bedroom has a queen bed. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The living space includes a fireplace and television, with a patio or balcony, hot tub and grill.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, plus a dining table. Air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided. Free parking is available for a maximum of two cars.

Maximum occupancy is six people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Reservations require final homeowner approval and completion of the required electronic Terms and Conditions signature.

An initial payment of 50% is due upon booking; the remaining balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day threshold receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. After full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable.

For reservations exceeding eight days, the reservation team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays longer than 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the reservation team, with payment processed separately. The Guest Assistant Team provides destination guides and check-in information.
