House rules

Maximum occupancy is four people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Reservations require final homeowner approval and electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due at booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and payment. Stays exceeding 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. Cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable.

Parking is limited to two cars. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
