The living area has a gas fireplace, a couch and a smart TV. A private balcony contains a built-in hot tub. Dining and boutique shopping are minutes away.

Both bedrooms have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. A dining table and grill are available.

Facilities include air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, shampoo, hot water and a bathtub. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

Reservations require final homeowner approval and electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due at booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and payment. Stays exceeding 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. Cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable.
