House rules
The booking guest must be at least 25. A Rental Agreement must be signed after booking confirmation, and official ID may be requested at check-in or during the stay. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed unless agreed in advance. No smoking of any kind indoors; do not leave cigarette butts in the garden. Failure to comply with these smoking rules incurs a £300 penalty. Use LED candles only. Optional cleaning is available at an extra cost and must be booked in advance. Optional firewood costs £15 for a full basket. Guests must cover damage and any necessary extra cleaning charges. Getting there
There are many steps into and within the home. The street can occasionally be noisy; light sleepers should consider sleeping at the back. Street parking is subject to available spaces. The coast is a few minutes' walk away; Walpole Bay tidal pool is a five-minute walk away, with Margate Main Sands a few minutes further on foot. Many local places are within strolling distance, and the Thanet Loop bus serves destinations farther afield.
