The apartment accommodates four guests in one bedroom with a queen-size double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. The bright living room has a flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle and microwave.

The living room opens onto a private garden furnished with a dining table and chairs. The bedroom has a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine; a hairdryer is also provided. Wi-Fi, an iron and portable air conditioning are available; there are no split air-conditioning units.

The shared swimming pool opens from 20 May to 20 September, daily from 09:00 to 20:00. Swimming caps are required. A private garage measures 6 × 2.30 metres with a height of 2.10 metres.

Desenzano train station is approximately 10 minutes away by car, and Bergamo–Orio al Serio airport is reachable in approximately one hour.

Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days before arrival; its amount varies under local regulations, and booking-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Swimming caps are required in the shared pool.
