The apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs, and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a portico with a table and chairs for outdoor meals overlooking a small private garden. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed, smart TV and wardrobe; the bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available. The garage measures 6 × 2.30 m, with a height of 2.10 m.

The shared residence pool measures 10 × 20 m and opens from 20 May to 23 September, between 09:00 and 20:00. Swimming caps are required. Verona airport is a 20-minute drive away. Sirmione attractions include Scaliger Castle and its dock, the lakeside panoramic road, Villa Callas, thermal facilities, and Lido delle Bionde and Jamaica beaches. Cycling routes through the Lugana vineyards offer another local activity.

Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late arrival and departure are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur a charge of € 20–€ 40.
