## About the house

The apartment is on the first floor of Villa Matuzia, accessible by elevator. Blue-toned interiors and original paintings accompany an open-plan living area with a double sofa bed, dining table and fully equipped open kitchen. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and mirrored wardrobe. Both the bedroom and living area open onto the terrace with sea and hill views. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.

The kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and television are available. Guests have one private parking space in the building's garage.

The beaches and bike path are a short distance away. Nice Airport is one hour away by car, Genoa Airport two hours, and Sanremo train station less than 10 minutes. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
