Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A cot and high chair are available upon request for 25€ per stay, per item. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days before arrival, with the amount determined by local regulations. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window begins at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator. Genoa Principe Railway Station is 1 km away; Genoa Airport is less than 7 km away.
