House rules

Keep shared areas and rooms clean and observe fire-safety rules. Smoking indoors is prohibited; quiet is required after 22:00. Children under 7 may stay without charge if they do not use an extra bed. Pets require prior consent and may not be on beds or sofas; bring a bowl, towel and pet bed, clean up after pets outdoors, and check out with a pet one hour before the established check-out time. Online booking requires a 50% prepayment; the remaining 50% is paid at check-in in cash or by bank-card transfer. The prepayment is refunded on cancellation only if other guests book the same dates. Minimum booking is two nights; one night is possible if a gap is available.
