Arrowleaf Lodge #312 sleeps nine guests. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas have reclaimed hardwood floors and large windows. The living room includes a sectional, two armchairs, a 60-inch Samsung TV and a gas fireplace. The balcony has two patio chairs, a natural gas grill and mountain views.

The kitchen has high-end appliances, a Wolf stovetop and a five-seat bar. The dining alcove has bench seating and four chairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, mountain views, a 50-inch TV and deck access. One guest bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed; the other has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The sleeping arrangements are on the first floor.

Community facilities include a game room, firepits and ski lockers. Arrowleaf hot tubs are currently under construction. A fitness center, concierge service, washer, dryer, elevator, cable television, DVD player, games, heating and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are also available.

Garage parking accommodates one vehicle. The free Empire Express Shuttle provides access to restaurants, shops and galleries. The bases of Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort are less than 10 minutes away, with hiking and biking trails, golf courses and community events nearby.

Maximum overnight occupancy is nine. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions of existing stays require confirmation and completion through the Guest Experience team. Date-specific minimum-stay restrictions apply.
