House rules
Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people aged 18 or under are not accepted. Use a dedicated charging station rather than domestic sockets for electric vehicles. Bed linen and towels are optional, not supplied as standard. Ordered linen is provided on arrival for the entire stay without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not offered. Mandatory hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 7,00 €; double-bed linen 18,00 €; single-bed linen 14,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 95,00 €. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per reservation is secured by card pre-authorization with the final payment. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and communicate your arrival time. Arrival and departure times can be flexible in low season by arrangement. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. The card number is requested as the deposit guarantee.
Getting there
Arradon town centre is 500 m away and Penboc’h sandy beach is 3 km away. Vannes railway station is 9 km away and Nantes Atlantique airport is 122 km away. The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; domestic sockets must not be used for vehicle charging.
