# Arrabelle Overlook Vail, Colorado, United States (general area) ## About the house The 3,352-square-foot condo sits above Vail Chophouse in central Lionshead Village. The living room and balcony overlook the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Born Free Lift 8. Inside are a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area seating ten, and a living room with mountain decor. Two bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. A third bedroom has two queen beds, an ensuite bathroom and a fireplace. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds, and the den has a queen sleeper sofa. Guests have year-round access to communal heated pool facilities and hot tubs, plus a spa and gym/fitness room. Room service is available from the Tavern, and daily housekeeping is included. The condo also has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, an office/workspace, a washer and dryer, a smart TV, ski storage and a balcony. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. Bed linens, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided. An elevator, garage and BBQ area are available. Walking trails are accessible from the front door, with hiking and biking trails, shops and restaurants nearby. Red Sky Golf access is available through the Arrabelle concierge. Grocery service through Resort Delivery is recommended, with assistance available on request. Ski shuttle service is available. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are prohibited under all circumstances because of a homeowner allergy. Guests must follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines provided in the Guest Portal after booking. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local management address is available on request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable, and additional cleaning will be arranged and charged. The initial payment is 50% of the booking total, with the remaining balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day cutoff receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. After full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and check-out is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
