The adjacent apartment and cottages are optional rentals alongside the whole villa, adding accommodation for an additional 8–10 guests. Breakfast is included for guesthouse guests; apartment and cottage guests may purchase it for an additional EUR 16.

The final 5 km stretch to the property is a gravel road. Hvolsvöllur and Hella are approximately 10 km away. Reykjavík is 100 km away, about a 1 hour 20 minute drive; Seljalandsfoss waterfall is 28 km away, about a 28-minute drive.
