Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.

Puerto de Alcúdia Beach is 300 metres away. The house has two storeys, with two bedrooms on the first floor. Exterior parking is limited to one car. The property is fenced and has neighbouring homes. The town is 1.9 km away, the bus stop 0.5 km, the ferry 6.7 km, the golf course 6.9 km, Sa Pobla train station 12.5 km, Hospital Comarcal d'Inca 23.4 km and Son Sant Joan Airport 63.8 km away. There is no private beach access.
