The two-storey house occupies a fenced property in a quiet residential area with neighbouring homes. Its front porch has an outdoor dining table, chairs and two armchairs. Artificial lawn areas beside and behind the house provide additional outdoor space, with a sofa, armchairs and a barbecue.

The living-dining room opens from the front porch and has a sofa, satellite TV, cooling air conditioning and a dining table seating six. The separate kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a small table. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. The house has gas central heating and free Wi-Fi.

The ground-floor bedroom has a single bed, cooling air conditioning and a dresser; a separate shower bathroom serves this floor. Upstairs, the double bedroom has a wardrobe, dresser, cooling air conditioning, a small balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other upstairs bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser and a coat stand. A further bathroom with a bathtub completes the upper floor. A cot and high chair can be prepared for guests travelling with a baby.

There is no swimming pool. Free exterior parking accommodates one car. Puerto de Alcúdia Beach is 300 metres away, and the bus stop is 0.5 km away. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Mandatory tourist tax applies, and guests must remove rubbish and leave the house tidy before departure.
