Aristotle’s Lantern accommodates up to eight guests in a house with three bedrooms, five beds and two bathrooms. The living room has a sofa bed, and bedroom sleeping options include king, queen and twin beds. The home has multiple levels, a TV, central air conditioning, internet access and a washer and dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Outside, a deck and patio furniture provide space to relax, and a gas grill is available for cooking. The house has ocean and Gulf views, with beach access steps from the door. Dogs are welcome when authorized in the reservation, with an additional pet fee.

The responsible renter must be at least 25, unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request, and remain at the property throughout the stay. Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation count or the maximum of eight guests. Stays are temporary only; permanent residence is prohibited.

Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require reservation authorization and an additional pet fee. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari’s written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills are prohibited. Follow parking rules, lock doors and windows when away, and supervise minors at all times. Illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, is prohibited.

Subject to booking-channel terms, charges may apply for damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or actual cost if greater, for violations or excessive mess; and official or HOA fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a fee of up to one night’s rental. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Rule violations may result in removal without refund.

Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for repairs. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. The booking-channel cancellation policy applies. Unit-specific terms override these general terms, and booking-channel terms control where they conflict.
