The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. The living room has a double sofa bed, a cabinet, a dining table and a TV, alongside a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed that can be divided into two single beds upon request, two bedside tables with lamps, a small desk, a large wardrobe and tropical-pattern wallpaper. The bathroom has a large shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an iron are available.

The apartment is within Bologna's limited traffic zone (ZTL); leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. The central train station is a 20-minute walk away, and the airport is less than a 20-minute drive away.

Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The reservation policy gives a check-in window starting at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ending at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. Tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
