Getting there
The house is split-level, with the living, dining and kitchen area upstairs and games room downstairs. Walking trails are accessed directly from the rear yard: the river is 5 minutes away on foot, with town a further 5 minutes and the beach another 5 minutes beyond that. Bathroom counts conflict: the summary lists one bathroom, while the description lists a family bathroom with a bath plus an ensuite. Confirm the bathroom count.
