Maximum occupancy is five guests. Follow the good neighbor policy and do not engage in illegal activities. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Pets, parties and events are not allowed. Cancellation 14 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 14 days receives no refund. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
Getting there
The condo is Gulf-front on Madeira Beach. Neighboring Schooner Hotel construction is expected to start around September 2026 and last about 14 months, with possible noise and debris. City restrictions prohibit heavy-equipment construction noise between 10:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. Monday–Saturday and at any time on Sunday.
