This renovated condo in the Arie Dam Condominium Complex has a screened porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The open living area includes a sofa with a chaise lounge. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry, with dining-table seating and an adjacent breakfast bar.

The main bedroom has a king bed, two walk-in closets and coastal views. Its en suite bathroom includes a dressing area with a vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. A second full bathroom nearby has a shower/tub combination and a spacious vanity.

The complex has a shared beachside heated pool and spa. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included on the beach each day at no cost through Sand Dunes Beach Services; additional chairs cost extra. Bed linens, towels, toiletries, beach essentials and a dryer in a common space are provided.

Madeira Beach is on Florida’s Gulf Coast, with local attractions including John’s Pass Village, public parks, charter boats and dolphin-watching cruises.

Construction at the neighboring Schooner Hotel is expected to begin around September 2026 and continue for about 14 months, with possible construction noise and debris.

The condo is Gulf-front on Madeira Beach. Neighboring Schooner Hotel construction is expected to start around September 2026 and last about 14 months, with possible noise and debris. City restrictions prohibit heavy-equipment construction noise between 10:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. Monday–Saturday and at any time on Sunday.

Maximum occupancy is five guests. Follow the good neighbor policy and do not engage in illegal activities. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Pets, parties and events are not allowed. Cancellation 14 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 14 days receives no refund.
