Aria is on Ajax Mountain in Coral Bay's Northern Hillside. Maho Bay Beach and Francis Bay Beach are a 5–7 minute drive away; Coral Bay restaurants and bars are a 10-minute drive away; Cruz Bay dining and shopping are a 15–18 minute drive away. A jeep is needed, and the villa has upper and lower driveways. The lower bedroom is accessed by an exterior staircase and has outside access from the pool deck.

The villa accommodates up to 4 guests. Christmas and New Year's arrivals on December 23, 24, or 25 may require a minimum number of nights. Bedrooms are accessed from outside. Children are welcome.
