House rules
Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Treat the property with respect. Pets are prohibited unless advertised as ‘Pets Welcome’. Local management provides 24/7 support. Pricing depends on season, length of stay and guest count; the operator reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Getting there
Town and the beach are an easy walk away. The house has two levels. Linen is not provided; hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Bedroom 4 conflicts between the inventory’s queen bed and the description’s bunks; total bed count remains unconfirmed. Linen hire is available at an unspecified cost.
