Argo has four bedrooms, two living areas, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms and a powder room. Mountain and ocean views extend from the kitchen and dining area, with views also from the upstairs lounge and bedrooms. A spacious balcony, table tennis, a quarter basketball court, solar power and a wood fire are available. The fourth bedroom also has two couches. Amenities include a BBQ grill, bathtub, ceiling fan, TV, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator and toaster. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2.
