## About the house

The apartment accommodates three guests and occupies the second floor of a building without an elevator. Its interior is entirely on one level. A hallway leads to a living room with a table, a sofa and a single sofa bed. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a closet, and the bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker and juicer, with access to a balcony overlooking Maniace Street. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television and an iron are available.

The apartment is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL); leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Ortigia has equipped solariums at Zefiro and Nettuno and a small free beach at Cala Rossa. Regional beach destinations include Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche. Cultural attractions include the Greek theatre and archaeological park of Syracuse, the Ear of Dionysius, the Paolo Orsi Museum and the Latomie dei Cappuccini.

Catania Fontanarossa Airport is about 60 km away and Comiso Pio La Torre Airport is 110 km away. Syracuse railway station and the intercity bus station with airport connections are 1 km from Ortigia.

Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
