House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic identification before arrival. Children and infants are welcome. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; contact Veeve to request arrival outside these hours. Check-ins between 21:00 and 23:00 incur an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
Bedrooms are on the first and second floors, and the sitting area is raised. Two rooms are locked off for the owner’s personal use. Brixton station is under a nine-minute walk away; Victoria Line trains reach Oxford Circus in 11 minutes. Brockwell Park and Brockwell Lido are a short stroll away, and Herne Hill is around 15 minutes away on foot.
