The house

Arcadia Palms 2 is a furnished apartment in a low-set building with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed, and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Linen is provided. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is air-conditioned, while the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The kitchen includes an oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, dishes and silverware. A laundry has a washing machine and laundry tub. Other facilities include heating, a TV, DVD player, dining table and smoke detector.

The complex has a shared outdoor swimming pool, a large grassed playing area and rear yard. There is a BBQ, outdoor seating and undercover parking next to the unit; free street parking is also available.

Alma Bay Beach and picnic areas are metres away. A local pub, shops, restaurants and transport are nearby. The apartment is suitable for children and infants. Guests under 18 must check in with a parent or official guardian, and Schoolies or school-leaver stays are not accepted.
