The house

The apartment accommodates four guests and has an open-plan dining and living area with an L-shaped leather couch and a wide flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a covered balcony with outdoor seating and ocean and sunset views. Guests have access to a communal garden.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, oven, kettle and electric stovetop. Each bedroom has a queen bed, block-out blinds and air conditioning. The bathroom has a rainfall shower, a spacious vanity, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries; an additional powder room is off the living area. An in-unit laundry room has a washing machine. Wi-Fi, a workspace and an iron are available.

One undercover parking space is provided, with free on-premises and street parking. The top-floor apartment is reached by three flights of stairs only. Nightcliff pool is steps away, with parks, cycling tracks, the Foreshore Cafe, the jetty and the Beachfront Hotel nearby. Beach access is available.

Free-to-air TV channels are currently unavailable through the antenna but remain accessible through smart TV apps. Cots, high chairs and extra children's beds are available for an extra fee when requested three days before arrival.
