The apartment accommodates four guests and has an open-plan dining and living area with an L-shaped leather couch and a wide flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a covered balcony with outdoor seating and ocean and sunset views. Guests have access to a communal garden.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, oven, kettle and electric stovetop. Each bedroom has a queen bed, block-out blinds and air conditioning. The bathroom has a rainfall shower, a spacious vanity, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries; an additional powder room is off the living area. An in-unit laundry room has a washing machine.
