House rules
Maximum occupancy is 18 guests. Minimum stays are four nights from May 1 to December 18 and January 6 to April 30, and seven nights from December 19 to January 5. Exceptions may be made for couples and families with children.
Getting there
The home sits directly on Jaco Beach with direct beach access. Restaurants, shops and nightlife in Jaco are within walking distance. The home spans three floors, connected by an elevator. Two guest rooms are above the garage.
