The professionally styled studio has floor-to-ceiling windows with parkland, skyline and harbour-light views, a window-side sitting nook and a bookshelf. Netflix and Amazon Prime are available using your own subscriptions.

The kitchen has stone benchtops, an induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and small appliances. A breakfast bar and multifunctional dining/work table provide space for meals and working. Portable air conditioning, fans and portable heaters are provided, along with clothing storage, hangers, an iron, washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a large shower recess.

The building has a communal pool and picnic area, and free secure on-site parking for one vehicle. Free street parking is also advertised. Eateries surround the property, and Potts Point is 10 minutes away. Guests must climb stairs, and the building has shared spaces.

The published schedule anticipates completion in the second half of October, with louder work through mid-August, easing from September and a brief noisier period during October scaffolding removal.

One vehicle is permitted for the apartment. Contact the host before bringing more than one pet. Parties and events, smoking and commercial photography are allowed. Your own subscriptions are required for Netflix and Amazon Prime. Booking acknowledges notification of nearby construction.
