House rules
Schoolies, bucks and hens groups are not suitable. Parties are strictly prohibited. Groups under 25 years of age require prior approval. Two external security cameras monitor the front-door area and back deck toward the beach and reserve. A noise-monitoring device is installed; fines apply if it is disconnected, removed or damaged. The fourth bedroom is available for up to eight children at an extra fee.
Getting there
The property has direct beach access via a sandy footpath through coastal shrubs. The beach is directly in front of the property, and Mooball Creek is a minute's walk up the beach. Cabarita Beach is 7 km along the shoreline.
