House rules
No smoking, vaping or parties. Pets are generally prohibited, except well-behaved dogs on request. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; requests outside these hours must be arranged with Veeve. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire. Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund; cancellation less than 30 days before check-in receives no refund.
Getting there
The home is set over four floors, with bedrooms on the first floor and in the eaves. The basement is closed to guests. A separate basement office may be used outside holiday periods, with its own entrance and no access from the house.
