The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home accommodates up to eight guests. Built in the 1970s and owned by one family since then, it retains the look and feel of that era. Open-plan living includes polished floorboards, an open fireplace, leather lounges, a large dining table and reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area. The deck has outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Facilities include a book library, TV/DVD, children's books and toys, a garden or backyard, heating, a bathtub and shower, hair dryer, iron, hot water and a smoke detector.
