The house

The apartment is on the third floor of a quiet residence with an elevator. It has one bedroom with a double bed that can alternatively be configured as two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a shower room, and a dining area with a table and chairs. A furnished balcony and a large terrace offer outdoor space; the terrace has sea views and is not overlooked.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and oven. Other equipment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, TV, hairdryer and iron. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. Parking access is available until September, and a nearby street has parking spaces.

Hotel Martinez is five minutes’ walk away, Rue d’Antibes is seven minutes away, the Palais des Festivals is 15 minutes away, and the Pierre-Canto port lighthouse is 22 minutes away. A Casino supermarket is a few meters away and Intermarché is a ten-minute walk. Cannes train station is seven minutes away by bus; Cannes-Mandelieu international airport is 22 minutes away by car.
