## About the house

The home sleeps up to 12 guests and has three bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; bedroom 2 has a double bed and two twin beds; bedroom 3 has two twin beds; and bedroom 4 has a king bed. An air mattress is included for higher occupancy.

The landscaped yard is lined with evergreens and has two apple trees, a hammock, bench swing, front-porch glider bench, children's play structure, barbecue grill, outdoor dining under an umbrella, and a firepit with a provided bundle of wood. There is also a screened porch and a deck. Apples may be picked, but must be inspected, washed and cut open thoroughly before eating, at your own risk.

The interior has large windows and wainscoting. The kitchen includes double ovens, a gas range, wine fridge, stainless steel appliances, blender and coffee maker. Dining spaces include an island breakfast bar, dining room and outdoor deck. The living room has an electric fireplace and streaming TV, and the upstairs loft has foosball. Three of the four bedrooms have TVs: two are smart TVs, while the third small TV is solely a DVD player. Central air conditioning, heat, a private washer/dryer, hair dryer and hangers are provided.

A sandy private community beach is a short stroll down Beach Drive. Sunset Park is a few minutes' walk at the end of the street. The home is between South Haven and Saugatuck and Douglas, with area vineyards, Saugatuck Dunes, the Kal-Haven and Van Buren Trails, blueberry picking and nearby skiing or tubing opportunities. The property is managed by VueStay Vacations.

Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; there is no refund within 30 days. Booking requires agreement to VueStay's rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
