Non-smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. The tourist tax is included in the total price. A refundable €800 booking deposit is taken as a card pre-authorisation. The hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per booking; single-bed linen €12 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €60 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the booking. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to coordinate key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times can be arranged flexibly with the agency.
