House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 25 are not accepted. Pets under 25 kg are accepted, except dangerous-breed animals. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to provide arrival-time details and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement. Bed linen and towels are not provided; optional linen may be ordered, supplied on arrival for the whole stay without renewal. Mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Tourist tax is payable in advance; the tax section also indicates it is included in the total price, so confirm the applicable handling. Fees: concierge service fee 10% of the reservation; optional kitchen linen €2 per booking, towel set €7 per booking, double-bed linen €15 per booking, single-bed linen €12 per booking, end-of-stay cleaning €75 per booking, bath mat €3 per booking. Refundable security deposit €800 per booking, taken as a card pre-authorization.
