House rules
Non-smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival with the expected arrival time to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Do not use domestic outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Bed linen and towels are not provided unless ordered as optional services. The tourist tax is payable before the stay. Fees: concierge service fee 10% of the reservation; end-of-stay cleaning €95 per reservation. Optional linen services: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per reservation; double-bed linen €15 per reservation; single-bed linen €12 per reservation; bath mat €3 per reservation. Refundable deposit: €800 per reservation, secured by card pre-authorisation.
Getting there
The town centre is 300 m away; Nau Beach and Benoit Beach are each 1 km away. Both beaches are described as sandy. The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
