House rules
No smoking, parties, events, pets or youth groups aged up to 18. Optional per-booking services in EUR: tea towels 2; towel set 7; double-bed linen 18; single-bed linen 14; cleaning 40; bathmat 3. Linen is not renewed; no mid-stay cleaning. Mandatory concierge fee: 10% of booking. Optional cancellation insurance: 5.5%. Refundable deposit: EUR 800 per booking, card preauthorization with final payment. Bed linen and towels are not included as standard. Heating, Wi-Fi, covered parking and personalized arrival/departure are included. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and provide your arrival time. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. Low-season times may be agreed with the agency. Cancellation is free up to 29 days before arrival, costs 50% of rent from 28 to 16 days before, and 100% from 15 days before, at arrival or for a no-show.
Getting there
Écluse Beach and its seawater pool are 800 m away; that pool is not an on-property amenity. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is no dedicated EV charging socket, and charging from domestic sockets is prohibited. Grand Marché de Dinard is 400 m away, the town centre 500 m, SPAR and L’Attiseur 600 m, Le Pic A Bulot 650 m, Carrefour Market 800 m, Dinard Golf 7 km and Rennes-Bretagne airport 78 km. Source distances conflict: Prieuré Beach is 1 km in the description versus 1.2 km in the table, and Saint-Malo station is 8 km versus 8.4 km. Confirm these distances.
