The apartment accommodates up to four guests, excluding infants, and is on the fourth floor without a lift. The living room has blackout curtains and a double sofa bed; the bedroom has blackout curtains and a 160 cm queen-size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, hob and fridge. Other facilities include heating, TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and ironing facilities. Cots can be rented on request, subject to availability.

Poissonnière metro station is a one-minute walk away. Shops, restaurants and bars are accessible on foot. A Welkeys concierge welcomes guests, hands over the keys and assists during the stay. Housekeeping before arrival and after departure, bed linen, bath towels and skincare products are covered by the housekeeping fee.

Housekeeping, bed linen, bath towels and skincare products are covered by the housekeeping fee. Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival; a 50% cancellation fee applies up to 14 days before arrival and a 100% cancellation fee applies from 14 days before arrival. Booking fees are non-refundable.
