House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets under 5 kg are accepted, except dangerous-breed animals. Bed linen and towels are optional and are supplied for the whole stay without renewal. The property has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; do not use domestic outlets to charge a vehicle. A refundable €800 deposit is taken by card pre-authorisation. Mandatory service fee: 10% of the reservation. End-of-stay cleaning: €65 per reservation. Optional linen charges per reservation: kitchen towels €2; towel set (one small and one large towel) €7; double-bed linen €15; single-bed linen €12; bath mat €3. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the reservation. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Plage de l’Ermitage is 100 m away. The apartment is on the beachfront and has sea views. The Sentier des Écorces is 100 m away. The apartment is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
