House rules
The maximum occupancy is four guests, excluding infants. Noise disturbance is prohibited after 22:00. Check-in between 21:00 and midnight incurs an additional charge of 25e; check-in between midnight and 06:00 incurs an additional charge of 44e. A Swikly service fee is charged when validating the deposit. Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival; a 50% cancellation fee applies up to 14 days before arrival, and a 100% cancellation fee applies from 14 days before arrival. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Getting there
Terrace access is prohibited for safety and preservation of the premises. There is no private parking. Bus lines 63 and 52 serve the Mairie du 16e stop. Rue de la Pompe station is on metro line 9, one stop from Trocadéro; Trocadéro is also a 15-minute walk away. Paris-Orly Airport is 40 minutes away by car, and Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport is 45 minutes away by car.
